Bince's debut came in 1951, when he finished a career-best 50th in points. He got off to a respectable start, finishing 17th in his debut at Gardena. He quickly improved upon that, finishing 4th in the next Gardena event. He also tagged on a 7th place at Hanford and a start at Oakland.

He quickly improved upon that, finishing 4th in the next Gardena event. He also tagged on a 7th place at Hanford and a start at Oakland. Bince did not return to the sport until 1954, when he competed at Gardena yet again. He struggled in the event, falling out at the halfway point and finishing 27th. He fared a bit better at San Mateo. Bince's final career start came in 1956, when he competed at Lancaster. It was a tough race for the driver, starting 30th and finishing last (37th) after early engine issues.
