Celia Fortner tells us in Dawn of Sorrow that, in order for God to be truly good, there must be an equal evil- the Dark Lord. Therefore we can assume that Dracula, the Dark Lord prior to his ultimate defeat in 1999, must have been equal to God. His son, therefore, must be equal to a son of God, only the evil equivalent. Except, of course, Alucard isn't evil. So he's a good son of God. In other words- ALUCARD IS JESUS! We've always known that Jesus has been planning to return at some point, but he never said how. Technically, a vampire should be dead, but as Alucard was born a vampire, it makes more sense for him to be the reincarnation of someone who was already dead. And what better way for Jesus to conquer evil than to turn its own power against it? Alucard is easily capable of wiping the floor with the rest of the competition. But he chooses to lose, sacrificing his victory for the sake of us. We may not be able to understand how or why, but that too is part of the Plan. So why was he able to beat Kratos? Simple. Kratos beat up another 'god'. Alucard had to prove that he was superior to the false God Ares by laying the smackdown on the heathen. The only one he kept was that of Warrant Officer Schrodinger, gaining full access to Schrodinger's powers(such as being able to appear anywhere if he wishes to).

In the true story (although fiction), the Count Dracula people have heard of was not actually of the nationality of being from Transylvania, Romania, but rather Székely, a sub-grouping of Hungarians with close relation to Romania (as the Wikipedia giving language translations for the wording) with Slovak people or Slovak languages, which seems to match up perfectly with the actual (late) Béla Lugosi being Hungarian in real life before his death from a heart attack. Under Wikipedia, it says in a note to prevent change "DO NOT CHANGE HIS NATIONALITY TO ROMANIAN. In the novel, Dracula clearly states that he is a Székely. The character was simply inspired by Vlad the Impaler." to tell editors that the seal is closed with his true heritage. Furthermore, it sounds like it makes sense since Romanian is truly a language that looks (written) and sounds, especially with the diacritic marks or letters not existing in any other Romance language, more close to a Slovak language than the original Christian Roman-Catholic language known as Latin. Its words are similar to that of Polish and Hungarian words, hinting that the language is Slovak-influenced or Slovak-language-inspired. The truth of Romanian, despite having the namesake sound "Rome" in it such as "Roman", literally being "of Rome", which is the capital of Italy, makes sense since the nationality Székely is a "sub-nationality" of the two, that being, Romanian and Hungarian, which proves the Slovak-like roots of the Romanian language AND country of Romania. In truth and actuality of the Dracula story or Alucard story, he is based on the Roman Vlad the Impaler or Vlad III (Vlad the Third).

Erstmals verwendet wurde diese Namensspielerei in dem US-amerikanischen Film Son of Dracula (1943) von Robert Siodmak, der in den Südstaaten spielt und in dem es der adlige Blutsauger Anthony Alucard auf die schöne Tochter eines Plantagenbesitzers abgesehen hat. Seitdem wird diese Namensverdrehung immer wieder gerne aufgegriffen (z. B. im japanischen Anime/Manga Hellsing und in der japanischen Videospielreihe Castlevania, als Songtitel der britischen Progressive-Rock-Band Gentle Giant, oder in Horrorfilmen, u. a. bei den britischen Hammer-Studios, sowie als Figur des Kinderbuchautors Willis Hall).
- A Sdrawkcab Name commonly used by vampires that is definitely a Name To Run Away From Really Fast. It is also something of a Shout-Out to arguably the most famous vampire of all time. Sometimes this is just used as an alias, though sometimes the vampire using the alias actually turns out to be Dracula himself. Even more commonly, the vampire in question turns out to be Dracula's son, though it's just as likely it's just their last name or a pseudonym.
