The Green Regent was tasked with the protection of Mielikki's Dream: the perfect balance between civilization and nature that was found in the Delimbiyr Crescent. The city of Loudwater and its environs—built on the fringes of the High Forest—became dear to the goddess while she maintained a home on the Material Plane and continued to be so after she left it to join her fellow nature deities in the House of Nature after the Time of Troubles.
