He can also manipulate the shadows of other objects such as a tree and bind it to another shadow such as a target's to keep them from moving. At night Ken becomes almost invincible because during the day when becomes intangible his shadow reappears and can be seen moving at tremendous speeds but at night it cannot be seen, making Ken extremely hard to locate.
