  • Some Mystic Flames will not teleport you except under special circumstances. For example, some mystic flames will only teleport you when you have specific items to sacrifice. You can identify these mystic flames by an altar or coal basin nearby.
  • Mystic Flames have various purposes, most prominently they act as Teleports, as in the Ankrahmun Tombs which teleport the player deeper if they sacrifice a Scarab Coin in a Coal Basin. Other flames, such as the flames inside Morguthis' Deathslicer Arena, are scripted in other ways that do not act as teleports.
