| abstract | - The Zone Leader was first (and last) seen opening a bridge over the river created by Roger Bodge. Like mayors of Planet Earth, the Zone Leader declared the bridge open by cutting a ribbon strewn across one side. He then invited Bodge for a walk across the new bridge, where it immediately began creaking under the weight. When the entire bridge cracked and fell to pieces, Bodge was carried down the river but the Zone Leader was able to grab hold of one of the vertical supports. Later, after Sonic has rescued Bodge, the Zone Leader caught up with the pair and berated the rabbit for his shoddy work. Roger attempted to pass off the accident as "weak wood", but the irritated bird failed to accept his story.
