| abstract | - Warnock was briefly appointed as Minister for Education on the Vampire High Council. He viewed the other vampires on the council as being behind the times. Though a secret revolutionary, he was somewhat too delicate in his efforts. In fact at one point he said 'the keyboard is mightier than the stake'. Being good with computers, he brought the council into the digital age. Ingrid, seeing Warnock as a rival, convinced him to take direct action and stake Morgan (the leader of the council at the time). Ingrid forewarned Morgan of the attack, allowing him to donne his armour. Taking the opportunity, Ingrid staked Warnock, thus removing her competition.
