Designated as TRV 254, she was renamed Trevally and designated TRV 802 on 6 November 1982. Trevally spent her RAN career as a tender to HMAS Waterhen in Sydney until sold in 1988. Trevally is now operated by Defence Maritime Services under contract to the Royal Australian Navy and is based at HMAS Waterhen.
