Summary of Stephness: Batwoman confronts Batman about Spoiler, demanding that they form a plan to help her recover from the loss of Tim. Steph, in the meanwhile, is visiting Harper Row and Jean-Paul Valley at Leslie Thompkins's Free Clinic. She's looking for a reason to keep heroing, but Harper's retirement from the cowl makes the situation less than easy. Despite the difference in their perspectives, Harper feels deeply for Steph in her grief and pain. As they walk out of the clinic, Steph says she hasn't slept since Tim's death, and wants to skip the police fundraiser that night. Harper refuses to let her, and as Steph speaks, she notices a masked figure on a street light nearby, but the figure quickly disappears. At the fundraiser, Steph tells Harper to stop drooling over Luke Fox's flying car, and the two are joined by Cass and Clayface. She's gently if absently encouraging to Clayface as they enter the party.
