Khemt Khemt
rdfs:comment
Khemt was a minister amongst the highest ranks of the Galactic Empire who died shortly after the Battle of Yavin, in which the Alliance to Restore the Republic destroyed the first Death Star. Khemt's death was officially reported to have been a tragic accident; however, the intelligence sources of Imperial Governor Everi Chalis reported to her that the Sith Lord Darth Vader had been responsible for the minister's death. Vader had supposedly killed Khemt on orders from Emperor Papatine, who, after the loss of the Death Star, wanted those he considered incompetent amongst the Empire's elite culled. Chalis later defected to the Alliance to Restore the Republic, and revealed the true nature of Khemt's death to the leader of the Alliance's Sixty-First Mobile Infantry, Captain Micha Evon.
