Stanislaw Ivanovich Ozerov was a Russian intelligence analyst who had been researching and collecting information on the Chimera. His research covers the disappearance of Leonid Kulik and the area surrounding the Tunguska Event. Ozerov had previously fled from Russia following its fall to the Chimera and came to the United States, where he cooperated with the American government and continued his work. Outside of his purview he had associated with twenty-two people, all of whom were friends or associates who worked in either the military or the intelligence community. Among them was Glenn Khaner, whom he met in SRPA Station Igloo. During his stay in Washington, D.C., Ozerov accepted the depressing inevitable that humanity will be wiped out by the Chimera.
