A reversal, sometimes informally referred to as a "wake-up", is a technique in the Street Fighter series and other fighting games, where a player performs a counterattack, often immediately after receiving an attack. The story is told from the perspective of Ensign Lili O'Day, the sous-chef of the Enterprise, and how her late 2157 dreams are synchronized with events in the mirror universe, as she meets and falls in love with the counterpart to the deceased Major Jay Hayes, Lieutenant Commander Doug Hayes. When Lili and the mirror Jennifer are abducted, it's up to Doug and his team working on their side, and Charles Tucker III and Malcolm Reed working in the prime universe, to free Lili and Jennifer. __NOWYSIWYG__ Reversal Battle Data Affected by Contest Data Contests (RSE) Super Contests (DPPt) Contest Spectaculars (ORAS) Reversal (きしかいせい Reversal) is a Fighting-type move introduced in Generation II. The reversal is a counter-attack when the user block the opponent's attack, then unleashed his or her attack which causes a shockwave to the opponent. Previous chapter - Next chapter Reversal requires 8 MP to cast in all games. Power increases (20-200) with fewer user's remaining HP. Emma can use this ability to reverse the effects of other abilities. However, the effect must have been quite recent, and the more complex it is then the more energy and concentration it will take to reverse. The ability has been displayed only once, when it was used to reverse the deletion of Abbie Gray.

L elaborates on his plan further to the Kira Task Force. He doesn't want to reveal to Light Yagami the possibility that there might be a Second Kira because he wants to test him. He also wants Light to help make a fake Kira tape in order to discourage the Second Kira from committing more murders. If Light refuses then that would indicate that he is the real Kira who wants L to appear on TV and thus die. L also points out that the deaths of passing policemen indicates that the Second Kira is capable of killing by just seeing the face of his victim, unlike the original Kira who needed both the face and the name. Summoned by his father, Light goes to a luxury hotel where he meets the other members of the Kira Task Force, including L, Matsuda and Aizawa. L tells him that there is someone on the outside who can contact him (Watari). Light realizes that if everyone present dies, excluding himself, then the outsider will know that he is Kira. Light is shown the evidence gathered so far and the Kira tapes. At first, he decides to let things take their course by not revealing that this may be a second Kira and gambling that L will appear on TV and die. However, he quickly realizes that this is a trap set up by L and instead openly states that this is the work of an imposter with even greater powers than the actual Kira—using the same logic and reasoning as L did. As Soichiro breathes a sigh of relief, L tells Light that they were thinking exactly the same thing and that he needed Light to come to the same conclusions in order to convince the other detectives who were skeptical about there being two Kiras. Light then agrees to write a message, supposedly from the real Kira, to be broadcast on TV for the other Kira. Misa Amane is eagerly watching television at her apartment when the news station announces that they must broadcast a video tape from another person claiming that he is the real Kira. The "real Kira" says that even though he is pleased that there are people willing to help him with his goals, he wants the fake Kira to discontinue the killing of innocent people or else he'll pass judgement on the imposter. Misa sends a new video to Sakura TV which is passed on to the police and then the Kira Task Force which includes Light. The detectives watch it: The Second Kira agrees to follow Kira's requests but also wants to meet him and states the belief that Kira does not have "the Eyes". L and the other detectives wonder what that means. Light, meanwhile, grits his teeth in annoyance at the reference to the Shinigami Eyes and the fact that this is making it unnecessary for L to appear on TV and thus ruining a chance to kill him. By approaching the Lafa System, Lili's nascent psionic abilities begin to come out, and she unwittingly begins to make contact with Doug, which begins as purely sexual contact. As they continue making contact, the two fall in love as the Calafan governments in both universes seek to use Lili and the Jennifer Crossman (mirror) as pawns to ensure public support for bringing in new High Priestesses. In both universes, a Calafan named Polloria is behind the ruse. When Lili and the mirror Jennifer are abducted, it's up to Doug and his team working on their side, and Charles Tucker III and Malcolm Reed working in the prime universe, to free Lili and Jennifer. In gratitude for exposing the plot, the Calafans find a way to drop the veil between the two universes and send Doug to the prime universe. But all is not right, as Lili is injured. Dr. Phlox has to work to save her as Doug worries and waits to learn his fate. Exhausted, alone and inconsolable, Zoë goes home. As soon as she gets in, she gets a call from her father, demanding to know where she's been. He knows she hasn't been at home; he's checked with Wonkers, and he's angry that she lied to him. Otherwise, Zoë realises on her own that Helena Chang is on the terrace outside. Chang greets her, but Zoë is having none of it. She knows the truth now, about Faith. She won't listen to excuses: the child was JIVA's creation, and therefore Chang's responsibility. Chang admits she is responsible, but says she needs Zoë's help to try and make things right. Chang's nemesis is Alvin Peats. He is the one who has caused all this pain, who is now putting so many people at risk. Chang wants to stop the Static, and she wants to stop the Dreamer Console from being released. To do that, Zoë must help Faith. Zoë doesn't understand - Faith is dead. Chang explains that when she died, Faith was inside DreamNet, dreaming a very powerful dream, and when she died her soul - her essence, her imprint, whatever - was somehow trapped inside. Faith is still in that dream, and she's still suffering. Her pain is causing the Static and people are dying because of it. Chang wants Zoë to use a Dreamer Console, and convince Faith to "let go". Once that happens, DreamNet will shut down, and Eingana will disconnect from the Wire. Zoë asks, why her? Chang says that she, and others, have made attempts to find Faith inside the Wire, but all have been unsuccessful. On the other hand, Faith has actively reached out to Zoë, connected with her. She's the best person to do this - maybe the only one who can. Zoë finds Chang despicable. But she has little choice, and nothing left to lose. Besides, this is her last and final chance to stop WATI. She agrees. A time cut brings us to Zoë, lying on her bed beside a Dreamer Console, as Chang gives her an injection. She tells Zoë this is highly concentrated Morpheus, a dose strong enough to help Zoë control her environment so Faith won't be able to push her away again. Zoë asks how she can convince Faith - Chang doesn't know. She offers a wish for good luck, then activates the Dreamer. The flower-like appendage emerges, gropes across the pillow, and settles on Zoë's face. Previous chapter - Next chapter Power increases (20-200) with fewer user's remaining HP.
