Deuterium Deuterium Deuterium Deuterium Deuterium Deuterium Deuterium
rdfs:comment
Deuterium (or heavy hydrogen) is an isotope of hydrogen which contains one proton and one neutron in its nucleus (or deuteron), and one electron orbiting the nucleus (whereas the most common isotope of hydrogen lacks any neutron particle). Naturally-occurring hydrogen consists of less than 1% deuterium. The antimatter counterpart of deuterium is antideuterium. Deuterium was one element in "Silver Blood", a biomimetic lifeform native to a Y-class planet in the Delta Quadrant. Other components of the "Silver Blood" were hydrogen sulfate, dichromates, and proteins. (VOY: "Demon") Deteryum, metal, kristal. (TNG: "Heart of Glory", "Night Terrors," enz...) Deuterium is a rod that can be used as either fuel or in recipes. It can be found by putting water in the Advanced Centrifuge. It can also be extracted from planets atmospheres with the Atmospheric Condenser. Deuterium is a double dense hydrogen-carbon, a rare resource found in deep oceans. It was used as fuel for many spacecraft engine types and thrusters. Generally used in "chips" or "flakes", also can be mentioned as "crystals", "fuel/spacefuel" or even "resource(s)". Commonly used in trade/barter for other goods. Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen that has one proton and one neutron in its nucleus. This makes it the most efficient possible isotope to use for nuclear fusion. Atomic mass: 2.01355321270 u Chemical symbol: D Deuterium is a fictional liquid element for Powder Game. Deuterium, also called heavy hydrogen, is a stable isotope of hydrogen with a natural abundance in the oceans of Earth of approximately one atom in 6500 of hydrogen (~154 PPM). Deuterium thus accounts for approximately 0.015% (on a weight basis, 0.030%) of all naturally occurring hydrogen in the oceans on Earth (see VSMOW; the abundance changes slightly from one kind of natural water to another). Deuterium abundance on Jupiter is about 2.25·10-5 (about 22 atoms in 1,000,000 or 15% of the terrestrial deuterium-to-hydrogen ratio); these ratios presumably reflect the early solar nebula ratios, and those after the Big Bang. However, other sources suggest a much higher abundance of e.g. 6·10-4 (6 atoms in 10,000 or 0.06% atom basis). There is little deuterium in the interior of the Sun, since t Deuterium är en isotop av väte (väte-2) och ersätter väte-1 i vatten bildar tungt vatten. Deuterium hittas på djupt vatten i sjöar p.g.a. dess molekylvikt. Mängden Deuterium som produceras av en Deuteriumplattform varje timme kan beräknas med den här formeln: Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen (hydrogen-2) and replaces hydrogen-1 in water to form heavy water. The deuterium is known to have been used by the Tau'ri and Eurondans, which is what powered their technology. Deuterium can also be used to create nuclear warheads. (TNG: ) Deuterium, chemical symbol D, is fat hydrogen. Forty five atoms of dueterium are known created in the chaos of the big bang. Scientists found them all in a house in Illinois. They first thought there were only forty-two atoms and were pondering whether this might be the answer to the ultimate question but then they found the other three down the sofa. Before the atoms were taken to a laboratory for further investigation they were exposed to a salad and reverted to normal hydrogen. In recent yeards it hads been shown that Deuterium can be created when normal non-fat hydrogen is left in contact with fast food or dark matter for more then 17.8 seconds. Deuterium is an isotope of the chemical element Hydrogen (chemical symbol H). Hydrogen contains only one proton in its nucleus. Protium contains only the proton, deuterium's nucleus contains one neutron in addition to the proton, and tritium contains two neutrons. Deuterium nuclei produce a great deal of energy when fused together into helium nuclei. This is the fusion reaction that occurs in the sun and all other stars. So, deuterium is a primary fuel source for Covenant starship reactors. Deuterium is used as a fuel for warp drive, but mostly it is used as a drug(like pot). Deuterium, (chemical symbol 2H) also known as heavy hydrogen, is a stable isotope of hydrogen. Deuterium has a single proton and neutron. It occurs in less than one-half of one percent of naturally-occurring hydrogen. In the Federation, deuterium is supplied to starships and other installations via fuel carriers. Starships would also supplement their supplies of deuterium by the use of Bussard collectors, which gather deuterium and other interstellar particles for use on board ships. (TNG reference: Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual) Deuterium, also known as "deut", is one of the three main resources in the game. Deuterium (also known as heavy hydrogen, or heavy water) is a hydrogen atom with an additional neutron and is very well suited as fuel for ships because of the high energy yield and easy ignition of the Deuterium-Deuterium and Deuterium-Tritium fusion reactions. Deuterium is found in the deep sea due to its molecular weight. Upgrading the Deuterium Synthesizer enables deeper sea harvesting of this resource. In game, deuterium has three major applications:

Deuterium, (chemical symbol 2H) also known as heavy hydrogen, is a stable isotope of hydrogen. Deuterium has a single proton and neutron. It occurs in less than one-half of one percent of naturally-occurring hydrogen. Deuterium is used as a fuel in warp reactors, it is injected into warp cores along with its antimatter counterpart, anti-deuterium. The annihilation of the two substances within the core releases the energy used to power warp drives. For storage purposes, deuterium is frozen into a pellet form, and stored in tanks on board starships. In Federation Galaxy-class starships, deuterium is stored in a large tank at the top of the secondary hull. In the Federation, deuterium is supplied to starships and other installations via fuel carriers. Starships would also supplement their supplies of deuterium by the use of Bussard collectors, which gather deuterium and other interstellar particles for use on board ships. (TNG reference: Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual) While performing a survey of a planet in the Hobus star system in 2387, Ayel, science officer of the Narada, detected trace amounts of iridium and deuterium, as well as large deposits of decalithium. (ST - Countdown comic: "Number One") Deteryum, metal, kristal. Bunlar hammaddedir bir şeyler yapmakta kullanılır. Deuterium, chemical symbol D, is fat hydrogen. (SG1: "The Other Side") Deuterium is an isotope of the chemical element Hydrogen (chemical symbol H). Deuterium has a natural abundance on planet surfaces, such as on Earth and Pegasi Delta. The Covenant build refineries to refine this material for use in their ships. It is also used in UNSC stations, most likely to power the onboard reactors and, should the need arise, facilitate self-destruction by flooding the reserve tanks into the reaction chamber. Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen (hydrogen-2) and replaces hydrogen-1 in water to form heavy water. The deuterium is known to have been used by the Tau'ri and Eurondans, which is what powered their technology. Deuterium can also be used to create nuclear warheads. (SG1: "The Other Side") Deuterium (or heavy hydrogen) is an isotope of hydrogen which contains one proton and one neutron in its nucleus (or deuteron), and one electron orbiting the nucleus (whereas the most common isotope of hydrogen lacks any neutron particle). Naturally-occurring hydrogen consists of less than 1% deuterium. The antimatter counterpart of deuterium is antideuterium. Deuterium with an admixture of tritium was used as fuel in matter-antimatter reactions aboard starships, like the USS Enterprise-D. It was stored in the deuterium tanks. Federation starbases had reservoirs of deuterium, which were used for refilling the deuterium tanks of starships. (TNG: "Contagion" , "Booby Trap" , "Disaster" okudagrams; TNG: "Captain's Holiday" ) Deuterium residue indicates some kind of warp coil. (ENT: "Regeneration") Aboard the Galaxy-class USS Enterprise-D, in the Engineering Systems Database, there were folders titled "Deuterium/Tritium Loading Procedures" and "Deuterium/Tritium Tankage Transfer and Safety". These folders contained technical manuals relevant to the topics. (TNG: "Booby Trap" okudagram) The Bussard collectors on some starships were used to collect hydrogen and other interstellar gasses, including deuterium. (TNG: "Samaritan Snare" ; VOY: "Unforgettable", "The Haunting of Deck Twelve") However, the USS Voyager occasionally needed to find deuterium from other sources. (VOY: "The Cloud", "Demon", "Bliss") In 2369, Chief Miles O'Brien ordered that the deuterium flow to carbon reaction chamber two should be increased by five percent, however the station's computer refused to do this and told O'Brien to read the Cardassian operational guidelines. (DS9: "The Forsaken") In 2371, Miles O'Brien and Jake Sisko investigated the possibility of turning the ore processing section of Deep Space 9, formerly used for processing uridium using Bajoran slave labor, into a deuterium refinery. They accidentally triggered a counter-insurgency program created by Dukat while doing so. (DS9: "Civil Defense") Deuterium was one element in "Silver Blood", a biomimetic lifeform native to a Y-class planet in the Delta Quadrant. Other components of the "Silver Blood" were hydrogen sulfate, dichromates, and proteins. (VOY: "Demon") Deuterium was scarce within The Void, and a number of vessels within it raided others in order to obtain deuterium. Garon had a saying that "...good intentions are like deuterium reserves; they tend to get lost in The Void." Despite this, he joined The Alliance in helping protect ships against such attacks. (VOY: "The Void") Deuterium is a fictional liquid element for Powder Game. Deuterium hittas på djupt vatten i sjöar p.g.a. dess molekylvikt. Deuterium is a rod that can be used as either fuel or in recipes. It can be found by putting water in the Advanced Centrifuge. It can also be extracted from planets atmospheres with the Atmospheric Condenser. (DS9: ) Deuterium, also called heavy hydrogen, is a stable isotope of hydrogen with a natural abundance in the oceans of Earth of approximately one atom in 6500 of hydrogen (~154 PPM). There is little deuterium in the interior of the Sun, since thermonuclear reactions destroy it. However, it continues to persist in the outer solar atmosphere at roughly the same concentration as in Jupiter. The nucleus of deuterium, called a deuteron, contains one proton and one neutron, whereas the far more common hydrogen nucleus contains no neutrons. The isotope name is formed from the Greek deuteros meaning "second", to denote the two particles composing the nucleus. Deuterium, also known as "deut", is one of the three main resources in the game. In game, deuterium has three major applications: * Build and research: it is used in the creation of some ship types and facilities, as well as the research of some technologies; * Fuel: every ship uses deuterium as its fuel; * Navigate on the galaxy: to navigate on the galaxy (in galaxy screen), you need 10 deuterium for each system. The amount of deuterium produced by a Deuterium Synthesizer per hour can be calculated with this formula: **for more accurate calculations use 1.101 instead of 1.1 in this formula***** In version 1.0 of OGame (the re-design) this formula has been changed and now looks like this: The cost of Deuterium Synthesizer upgrades can be calculated with this formula: The Energy Consumption of Deuterium Synthesizer can be calculated with this formula: Colder planets produce deuterium at a faster rate than warmer planets. Its "value" in most universes is about 3 times that of metal and 1.5 times that of crystal. Deuterium costs do not affect the build time of buildings, ships, defences or research time. Deuterium output is somewhat lower than a Metal or Crystal output at a similar mine level. Deuterium is fairly useless for the making of basic resource buildings, but is used as fuel and in the construction of the Fusion Reactor, most Facilities such as the Nanite Factory, Sensor Phalanx and Terraformer, some Ships like the Destroyer, Battlecruiser and Deathstar and is unmissable for most research programs. (TNG: "Heart of Glory", "Night Terrors," enz...) (VOY: "Demons") De reden hiervoor is onbekend. Deuterium is used as a fuel for warp drive, but mostly it is used as a drug(like pot). Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen that has one proton and one neutron in its nucleus. This makes it the most efficient possible isotope to use for nuclear fusion.
