Dr. Ivo Robotnik, also known as Eggman for some reason, is Sonic the Hedgehog's arch enemy. Dr. Robotnik was a male human who lived during the last years of the Galactic Republic and into the era of Palpatine's Galactic Empire as owner and leader of a group of droid mercenaries and bounty hunters called Badniks. His droid mercenaries during the Clone Wars included aiding the Republic, the Republic Judicial Department, the Jedi, and the Grand Army of the Republic as auxiliary forces. During the Imperial era, Robotnik and his Badniks turned more-or-less rogue as they started working for Black Sun, the Hutts, and even occasionally the Rebel Alliance. Dr. Robotnik is the famed villain of Sonic the Hedgehog, well known for constantly having his plans thwarted by the titular character. He first became a MeMe in May 2007 when Youtuber Stegblog posted a video entitled Robotnik Has a Viagra Overdose, whilst this was where it was first used, it wasn't that popular until another video appropriately named This Video Contains Win. It first originated from the Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon. He is now known as Mister EggMan Performer(s) Appeared in Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik is the main villain from the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise. He is an obese scientist with an IQ of 300 who dreams of dominating the world with his empire of robots. His plots are endlessly thwarted by Sonic the Hedgehog, his nemesis. He has formed an evil alliance with Lord Crump. Dr. Robotnik (full name Doctor Ivo Dum Dum Robotnik II, otherwise known as Dr. Fatty, Josef Stalin, or Boss Battle) is an evil scientist guy who loves to create robot things, advanced weaponry, and other weird devices. He was the first human to create a Ukkalele out of toothpicks and spaghetti. He can give people promotions and frequently says PINGAS!, (which is a really powerful attack) so he is not normal.

Dr. Robotnik attended the first Brawl of the Consoles meeting, but was booted out, because Disney wanted to keep the almighty PINGAS all to themselves. As Santa's "replacement", Robotnik demands that all the children on Mobius give him presents for Christmas instead of the other way around. Later on, he orders his minions, Scratch and Grounder, to capture Sonic, as that would be the one Christmas present he wants more than anything, but they fail. At the end of the special, Robotnik is shown admiring his stolen Christmas presents when Sonic zips into his fortress and reclaims them. First he's in the original Sonic the Hedgehog show and then there's one based on the CD version (that's the one you have). In the original: Dr. Robotnik is the evil ruler of Mobius. He tends to try everything possible to make the people of Mobius misserable. This has not changed since the comming of Sonic but now he wants to denote Sonic, too. As a result he has created tons of robots, each with a different theme and purpose intent on stopping the Hedgehog. Some examples are a red robot trying to get rid of all music on Mobius (due to a "Sonic the Hedgehog" song going around), a sports robot, and Jr. (a younger version of himself that goes good). His main henchmen are Scratch (a chicken like monster), Grounder (some sort of blue drilling machine) and, occationally, Coconuts (a robot monkey). In addition to using robots to stop Sonic Robotnik has stolen a wand from a fairy godfather, soaked himself in a chemical bath to become Super Robotnik, and has at one time found and collected all five Chaos emeralds: Life, Immortality, Invisiblity, Invincibility, and Power. All the same he's kind of a fool who can't stand up to his mother, even though he's a grown man! The CD version of Robotnik is a bit more evil. Apperently he came to Mobius from another world and instantly took over a large city. Since then he has discovered a way to make the inhabitants of Mobius into robots. His main henchmen are the Swatbots (black robots with red visors) which go around grabbing any rodent they can find. Robotnik is constantly looking for the escapees that hide in the forest and has therefore tried everything to destroy the forest itself. His main assistant is Snively, a smart, small guy who eventually takes over after Robotnik is driven off.
