| - Marilith è boss ricorrente in molti titoli della serie di Final Fantasy. In alcune occasioni è stata chiamata Malilith. Rappresentata generalmente come un mostro dal corpo di serpente con il torso di una bellissima donna, si distingue dai normali mostri di tipo lamia per le molteplici braccia, con cui brandisce altrettante spade che usa con estrema maestria. Marilith è apparsa già nell'originale Final Fantasy, dove era un membro dei demoni elementali, e in alcuni titoli successivi è riapparsa in questo stesso ruolo. L'elemento a lei associato è il fuoco.

- The Lesser Marilith is an enemy encountered in the Sealed Cave. Curiously, despite the name, there is no "greater" Marilith.
- The marilith, &, is a demon in NetHack. They can deal damage extremely quickly due to their possessing six attacks per move.
- Mariliths are sixed-armed demons, with an upper body of a human female and a lower body of a snake. Mariliths carry a sword in each arm and are immune to normal weapons. They are usually capable of casting magic spells and use Protection from Magical Weapons. Mariliths appear in Watcher's Keep and are mentioned in Elminster's Ecologies: Appendix IIIa.
