| - Taurus Bulba is an antagonist from Disney's 1991-93 television series Darkwing Duck. He is first introduced as a criminal mastermind serving a 99-year jail sentence. Even though Bulba only appears in three episodes, he is without a doubt, Darkwing Duck's deadliest enemy.

He also has a pet condor, Tantalus. His goal is to kidnap Professor Waddlemeyer's granddaughter and last living relative, Gosalyn in order to obtain the access code to the Waddlemeyer Ramrod, which was invented by the scientist prior to his untimely death.
- Taurus Bulba (voiced by Tim Curry) is a villain in the animated Series "Darkwing Duck". He was the first villain in the series premiere. Taurus is a crimelord who was put in jail with his henchmen and his moll Clovis. Taurus was still operating in his cell. He was plotting to steal an anti-gravity machine called the Ramrod to use in his crimes. He sent his goons to steal it from a guarded train. Despite Darkwing's interferrence, the heist was sucessful. But to learn the code to activate it, he needed to kidnap Gosalyn, the granddaughter of the Ramrod's inventor, Professor Waddlemeyer, who was killed by Taurus' cronies before he could learn the code. Darkwing rescued her and took her into hiding. Later, Taurus, who escaped, lured Darkwing out into the open and forced him to turn over Gosaly
- Taurus Bulba is the main antagonist of Darkwing Duck: Darkly Dawns the Duck. He is a big fearsome bull who wants power at any cost. He was the very first villain Darkwing Duck ever fought onscreen, though canonically he is the second villain Darkwing ever faced, only behind Megavolt. He has an incredible hatred towards Darkwing (due to the duck's ego), though ironically, his defeat turned Darkwing into a hero.
