| - Nibbles (ガリガリ) is a peppy squirrel villager in the Animal Crossing series. She is a blue-green squirrel with yellow hair, white freckles and yellow markings on her tail and she has white paws. She has bright, white wide eyes, two front teeth sticking out of her smiling mouth and she initially wears a watermelon shirt. Her favorite style is cute, her disliked style is rock 'n' roll and her favorite color is brown. Her dream job is to be a journalist. Her special talent is juggling. In terms of siblings, she is the eldest of nine kids. Her birthday is on July 19th. In halloween she is scared of bugs. She drinks Mocha coffee with the regular amount of milk and two spoonfuls of sugar.
- Nibbles are a Chomp-like fish that inhabit any body of water in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. If Mario falls into water, a Nibbles will bit him, causing him to jump out of the water back onto land (he'll also lose 1 HP). Sir Grodus also keeps a tank of Nibbles inside his office.

These enemies appear only in water areas of the game, inside of rivers, ponds, the ocean, and even swimming pools. Whenever Mario falls into the water, a Nibbles attacks him, dealing one point of HP worth of damage. Like most overworld obstacles that deal damage, Mario cannot die from a Nibbles. In addition, Nibbles do not attack Mario if he is in his sailboat form.

- The player first meets Nibbles when Nate takes him/her into a room inside Professor Little's lab and awakens him which results in Nibbles running off into the Fossil Park where you have to chase him. After saving Nibbles from a rogue Gorgo, Nibbles forms a small bond with you and when the same Gorgo traps and corners you, Nibbles awakens again of his own choice and rushes to save you by driving the Rogue Vivosaur away.
- Nibbles was a recurring character in the Simpsons series. Nibbles' first appearance was in "Skinner's Sense of Snow", serving as a classroom hamster. While snowed in Springfield Elementary School, trapped in a dodge-ball sack, and lost control over the children, Seymour Skinner decided that Nibbles was his only way to get help from the outside world.
