  • The Defilers makes two appearances during the quest; The first, one of them appears as a non-attackable monster among an ambush of pests in the second room of the Black Knight basement along with a Spinner, a Brawler and a Torcher. The second appearance is in the final battle with the Pest queen, where an elite squadron of defilers attempt to kill off the Rangers aiding you in the battle.
  • Defilers were elite military soldiers under the command of the Zann Consortium.
  • It is preferred that if you have alot of credits and want to conquer a planet building many defilers and making them attack land will provide with a powerful stealth force. Defilers blaster carbines are much like the rebel infiltrators and can take down stormtroopers and rebels in 1 shot.
  • Defilers are fast, agile creatures in the Pest Control activity. They have the appearance of the lower half of a snake, a humanoid top half and a face resembling that of a cat. They can throw flying spikes over long distances, can inflict a large amount of Range type damage with the missiles, and will actively attack the Void Knight. They can even launch their barbs over walls, though if they are in the spaces right in front of one of the three gates, they cannot shoot over it, so keeping them closed will block those directly in front of it. Even though they have no apparent link with imps, they make the same sound as imps when being attacked and when attacking.
  • The Defiler is a multipurpose anti-surface vehicle employed by the Hierarchy's Remote Mining Operations.
  • La Defiler es un vehículo tipo motocicleta que aparece en el modo Online de Grand Theft Auto V, como parte de la actualización GTA Online: Moteros. Es fabricada por Shitzu.

  • Defilers were the "undercover agents" of Tyber Zann whom he dispatched to various systems to promote piracy and sabotage, moreover known as "corruption". They were the primary agents of the Zann Consortium, an underworld consortium and crime syndicate. Defilers would travel to Rebel and Imperial systems during the Galactic Civil War and would sabotage bases, set up connections with the black market, set up slave camps, steal credits, etc. Throughout the war, defilers became a substantial source of stress and frustration due to their constant raids. Essentially, what they were most familiar for was spreading the influence of Tyber Zann.

  • The defiler's body is host to countless small organisms that live on the carapace, constantly feeding on each other. The defiler can spontaneously launch a number of these creatures to swarm a location that make it difficult to target anything under the ensuing cloud. In addition, defilers can produce corrosive spores and hurl them at a target area, the spores exploding in a dense cloud. The highly toxic mist that results corrodes anything it touches. However, these spores are also prone to igniting due to a flammable accelerant contained in them.
  • The first Defilers were created as a result of a pact between the Dark Mechanicum and Abaddon the Despoiler before his First Black Crusade. It is said that as part of Abaddon’s preparations, he quested to find an array of war engines to bring the Imperium to its knees. He desired constructs that had never before walked across a battlefield. Abaddon’s need for new and horrific machines brought him to Xana II, which lay deep within the Eye of Terror. There, the renegades of the Adeptus Mechanicus pledged their allegiance to Abaddon’s cause in exchange for rare artifacts, blood offerings and menials. As the Despoiler dismissed his dark servants out into realspace to fulfill their requests, the renegades of the Dark Mechanicum forged new creations within their citadels. Some of the oldest Defi
