- Byron is a Griffin and is named after the famous Gothic poet Lord Byron. The Grace kids discover Byron at the goblin camp and rescued him. Simon takes care of Byron like any other of his pets until he becomes better. Byron helps out in the adventure of the Grace kids.

He also captures both Fusco and Leon and begins interrogating Leon about the stolen bearer bonds before Reese shows up and rescues them along with Bear. - Byron was a Imperial agent in the Sith Empire. Originally, Byron worked for Naiko, but after he left to form an alliance with Darth Exitium, he was replaced with Roderick Willport. Some time after the Riots of Kaas City, Byron discovered the Ebon Hawk and after realizing the owners have not returned to it in a long while, decided to take it for his own. With the Ebon Hawk under Byron's ownership, he retooled the ship by coloring the exterior black, added in a stealth field generator, and named it the Night Vulture.
