Roger Charles Carmel (September 27, 1932 - November 11, 1986) was an American actor. His Disney roles included the Sultan in the DuckTales episode "Master of the Djinni", Sir Tuxford, Charm Teacher and in Adventures of the Gummi Bears and McClure in the two-part Wonderful World of Disney episode "My Dog, the Thief". Carmel also voiced a town crier in Gummi Bears who read announcements, where Carmel used an impersonation of famous newsman Walter Cronkite.

He was named after his grandfather Robert Charles, who carved horses for the carousel in New York's Central Park.
