Cosmo gave really painful birth to him. Many confuse Poof has female due to his purple colors and big eyelashes. In Fairly Odd Baby, Timmy, Wanda, and Cosmo were protecting their newborn from being gang raped by Jorgan von "Jughead" Strangler, Anti-Cosmo, Head pixie, and even Cosmo's own mother. Poof eventually stopped being the target of rape ever since the movie ended.
- Poof is Wanda and Cosmo's fairy baby of The Fairly OddParents series. He is the first one to be born in thousands of years. Poof was born on February 1, 2008. He is Timmy's fairy godbrother, because Cosmo gave birth to Poof. (Remember, it is the boy fairy that has the baby). It will take a really long time for Poof to get older since fairies age much slower than humans.

When something poofs, it is commonly said that the object "has poofed" - it is gone forever and leaves no trace. Fires created by dropping a Bundle of Kindling on the ground will poof after only 90 real life seconds (18 Oberin minutes). Fire also will not poof if a player or pet is standing on top of it, but dropping an item onto the fire will not make the fire last longer.

Many teens refused this monster and avoided Poofing, due to fear over what happens after Poofing. Astrid wrote a book, when printers were still available, explaining how to survive the poof but it soon became overlooked.
