This character is one of several villains who appears in the background of various scenes in several episodes of The Venture Bros. but who as of yet has had no lines nor has had his name or background revealed. This villain was first seen in the episode Fallen Arches where he appeared in the Guildformation film, the Perils of Unlicensed Aggression, where he demonstrated what a mismatch of power can look at when he fought against Midnight Star. He also attended the wedding of the Monarch and Dr. Mrs. the Monarch and helped rebuild the Cocoon after they were approved for duoship by the Guild of the Calamitous Intent. He has also been seen talking with Omega-Ape at the bar of Don Hell.
