The gameplay is pretty similar to the original. Players break or mark blocks according to the number on their to show a 3D model. Rows with no necessary parts in them are marked with a blue zero while the other rows are marked by a number indicating how many in a row matter. This entry introduced the orange numbers, which are blocks that do not fill an entire block and/or curved whereas blue numbers indicate straight square blocks that are used. The game also introduced the bomb button which eliminates any 0 blocks on the outer side.
