Grant some special (minor) power to a non-Force user for a brief time. This power can never grant a non Force User the ability to effectively wield a lightsaber, and in any case the power imparted will only be at a fraction of the level of the originator. Therefore, if a Jedi could hear subsonic sounds at the distance of one kilometer, the subject would have about half the same ability for a moment. This is strictly an RP power and is not helpful in granting PCs combat powers. Check with a wizard or the judge of your scene if you have questions.
