D.h. 60 Minuten im Film entsprechen auch 60 Minuten Zuschauen. D.h. man sitzt tatsächlich 24 Stunden davor. Ansonsten läßt sich nur sagen, daß Jack Bauer lustig foltern, schießen und herumrumtollen darf um immer a) dem äußerst integeren Präsidenten das Leben zu retten und b) ganz große Gefahren von seinem Land und der Welt abzuwenden. Er ist einfach der Beste und versucht, Chuck Norris Konkurenz zu machen, wobei er zumindest besser dabei angezogen ist.

ThatGuy: That’s a very good question. Have you thought about maybe, perhaps, inviting them in? I mean not all ninjas want to go out of their way to kill you. Most ninjas are very friendly and sexually active as well. They probably just want to break in and have sex with you. But don’t worry, because it turns out that the majority of ninjas are actually women. I know they appear to look like men but they’re really not. It all part of the ninja mystic, making you believe that they are actually something else. But the population of ninjas is ninety percent women, five percent men, five percent…you don’t want to know. So just pray to God that they’re female ninjas. Or even male ninjas. [ThatGuy gets as close to the camera as possible] Because you don’t want to know what the third one is! That way they can be more independent, as well as equal. Except when it comes to paying for meals. Or asking them out on a date. Or proposing, yeah that never happens! Reflexartig bewegt sich meine Hand zum Ursprung der Pein und… Ich zucke zusammen und starre auf meine Finger, an denen Blut klebt. Mein Blut. Seufzend stehe ich auf, gehe ins Bad, um mir die Wunde näher anzuschauen. Als ich das vertrocknete Blut mit warmem Wasser abwasche, kommt eine klare geometrische Form zum Vorschein. Es sieht aus, wie ein Rechteck, bei dem eine Seite vergessen wurde. Etwa zehn Zentimeter ist die Verletzung groß, sie geht von meinem Ohrläppchen bis zum Kinn. Das kommt öfter bei mir vor, dass ich mich versehentlich im Schlaf verletze. Doch bisher war es nie so heftig. Manchmal schürfe ich mir an meinem Nachtisch die Knöchel auf, oder reibe mit dem Fuß an der Wand entlang, aber im Gesicht habe ich mir bisher eigentlich noch nichts zugezogen. Während dem Schultag bleibt alles normal. Ein paar Leute fragen mich nach meiner Backe, aber sonst ist alles wie immer. Als ich nach Hause komme, liegt nur ein Zettel auf dem Boden. Meine Eltern sind auf Geschäftsreise, daher muss ich für eine Woche alleine auskommen. Zu Essen gibt es Aufgewärmtes von gestern. Abends bleibe ich lang auf, da morgen Samstag ist. Als ich schließlich zu Bett gehe, rutsche ich auf der Treppe aus und ein stechender Schmerz fährt durch meinen Arm. Als ich mich wieder beruhigt habe, sehe ich, dass die Schürfwunde auf meinem Arm dasselbe Muster bildet, wie die auf meiner Wange. Verblüfft bleibe ich stehen. Dann beschließe ich, dass das alles nur Zufall ist und mache mich fertig für die Nacht. Im Wohnzimmer tönt der Gong der Standuhr. Es ist Mitternacht. Mitten in der Nacht weckt mich etwas. Ein Geräusch oder eine Bewegung. Ich schalte das Licht mit einer schnellen Handbewegung ein. Doch da ist nichts. Ich schlage die Decke zurück, um auf die Toilette zu gehen, doch da, mitten auf meiner nackten Brust sehe ich dieselbe Form, die ich schon zweimal zuvor gesehen habe. Mit meinem Blut geschrieben, starrt mich da ein Rechteck an, das nur drei Seiten hat. Ein pochender Schmerz macht sich in meiner Bauchgegend breit und ich renne panisch ins Bad, auf der Suche nach etwas, um den Blutfluss zu stoppen. Ich finde ein altes Unterhemd meines Vaters, reiße es in Streifen und umwickle meinen Oberkörper damit. Als ich meine Wunden im Spiegel betrachte, fällt mir etwas auf. - "24" is the name of the Count's favorite program. It takes place in 24 seconds, and he gets to count each second as it happens. The series stars a Jack Bauer parody Muppet. In one episode, Bauer spends the duration of the 24 seconds trying to pull himself up from the side of a cliff. At show's end, it is revealed that he is hanging only a few inches off the ground. He drops down and walks away.

Maggie tells Carolyn that Burke wants to see her in his room... with the Constable. Burke asks her who invited him to Collinwood last night. Carolyn tells Carter that she visited Burke, unplanned and uninvited, she insisted he take her home, and she insisted he stay to visit the family. Carter says that doesn't prove anything. Carter leaves, but Carolyn stays. Carolyn tells Burke off because of Burke's portrait; she believes he lied to her about his plans, which he claims have changed. Burke tells Carolyn that he didn’t take the bleeder valve. Someone named Bronson calls Burke about a secret plan.

- Linia 24 kursowała w latach 1978-1999 na trasie Bieżanów Nowy – Borek Fałęcki. Od 3 stycznia 1999 ta linia nosi numer 23. Nowa linia 24 została uruchomiona w 2000 roku na trasie z Bronowic przez ulice Basztową, Westerplatte i Starowiślną do nowej pętli Kurdwanów. Linia kursowała co 10 minut w dzień powszedni i w sobotę w godzinach 9:00-15:00, a przez resztę soboty i całą niedzielę co 20 minut. Obsługiwały ją głównie nowoczesne tramwaje Bombardier NGT6. Od 29 października 2005 została zlikwidowana z powodu reformy tras linii prowadzących do Kurdwanowa (wprowadzenie na tę trasę tylko linii o numerach 3x). W styczniu 2007 uruchomiono linię 24 na nowej trasie z Bronowic do Politechniki. Zastąpiła ona zlikwidowaną linię 30 na ślepym torowisku w ulicy Pawiej. Obsługiwały ją tramwaje przeznaczone do jazdy dwukierunkowej a zawracanie odbywało się poprzez tor przejazdowy w rejonie Politechniki. Ta linia została zlikwidowana w drugiej połowie sierpnia z powodu likwidacji toru przejazdowego przed uruchomieniem dalszego odcinka torowiska do Dworca Towarowego. Od 31 sierpnia 2007 przywrócono linię 24 na poprzedniej trasie z Bronowic do Kurdwanowa. Kursowała jednak co 20 minut. W grudniu 2008 z powodu uruchomienia linii 50 i spodziewanego większego zapotrzebowania na dojazd do ścisłego centrum skierowano na dwudziestkę czwórkę składy trzech wagonów Konstal 105Na. Z tego rozwiązania szybko się wycofano. Pozostawiono jednak dwa trójskłady 105Na w godzinach porannych. Przed południem były podmieniane na Bombardiery kursujące wcześniej na linii 29. To rozwiązanie utrzymało się do końca lutego 2009. Od początku marca linia kursowała co 10 minut w godzinach szczytu i zaczęły obsługiwać ją również składy 2×105Na. W kwietniu z powodu przeciążenia trasy do Bronowic i problemów z sygnalizacją przy Placu Inwalidów zdecydowano zabrać szczytowe dodatki z tamtej końcówki i przekształcić w osobną linię szczytową. Od 16 kwietnia do końca maja 2009 była to linia 74 do Cmentarza Rakowickiego a od początku czerwca linia 7 do Dworca Towarowego. Wraz z wprowadzeniem rozkładów wakacyjnych zamieniono rozkład dwudziestkiczwórki i siódemki. Linia 24 stała się linią szczytową a linia 7 całodzienną i całotygodniową. Oznaczało to jednocześnie zawieszenie linii 24 na okres wakacji. Od września 2009 linia kursuje tylko w dni powszednie w godzinach 6:00-10:00 i 14:00-18:00 a obsługują ją składy Konstal 2×105Na. 19 listopada 2010, ze względu na uruchomienie linii 20 co 10 minut i w związku z brakiem miejsca na pętli Bronowice, linię wydłużono do Bronowic Małych. Zmianę cofnięto 1 września 2013 r., a następnie wprowadzono ponownie 1 listopada 2015 r. Natomiast od 17 listopada 2012 r. linia 24 stała się ponownie całodzienną i całotygodniową linią. According to Peter in "Friends of Peter G", an Alcoholics Anonymous member mentioned that their addiction ruined either their enjoyment of the show or the show itself.
