His most well known work is the music he composed for Star Trek: The Motion Picture, The Secret of NIMH, and Looney Tunes: Back in Action . His only Disney work was as composer of the score for Mulan along with David Zippel and Matthew Wilder, as well as the score for Night Crossing, and the theme song for Soarin' Over California (soon to be replaced by Soarin' Around the World). He received an Academy Award Nomination for Best Score - Musical or Comedy for his work in this movie.
