Teyla used the queen to free her team mates from the prison cell. However, the queen quickly learned that Teyla was not alone in her telepathic manipulation and was using the powers of her unborn child in tandem with hers making her much stronger. Thus, the queen attempted to distract Teyla in order to snuff out the child's mind with a single thought. Closing in on her new prey, the queen was killed when Sheppard fired on her after Teyla pleaded to him through the queen's body to kill the Wraith. (SGA: "Spoils of War")
