Plot | - right|300px
After sneaking away from the family, the guys spend a night out playing Laser Tag, When Peter gets high score, he opts to buy his picture on a fake newspaper. When they get home, Lois reads Brian and Peter the riot act, and Stewie questions Brian's friendship with Peter. They decide to grab the guys and hit the Drunken Clam. On their way to the bar they spot some weird lights and black out. When they awake in the hospital, they find their memories are gone and everything is deserted. As they walk though town, they struggle to remember who they are and what happened. Their steps lead them to Peter's car and they find the house address left inside. Brian's nose confirms they live in the area. They make a few wrong assumptions such as Brian believing he belongs to Quagmire and Joe thinking he's a stripper.

As they wonder who could be responsible for everyone's disappearance, Joe and Quagmire spot the fake newspaper in Peter's house and believe he is responsible for what has happened. As Joe and Quagmire plot to kill Peter, Brian is in favor of waiting to see what happens. Brian spends some time with Peter and they hit it off. Brian continues to defend Peter and crosses Joe and Quagmire when they arm themselves. Knocking aside Brian, Joe fires but Brian manages to leap in front of the bullet, sparing Peter's life with his own.
Brian awakes to find that he and the guys have been the subject of one of Stewie's experiments to test Brian and Peter's friendship and admits he was wrong about Brian and Peter. Stewie also admits to conducting a similar experiment on Bonnie, Lois and Meg only to have them fighting each other within three minutes.
