This library appeared in Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D., and during the events of this episode, Trevor seeks help from Numbuh 1 to return a book here, presumably the Book of KND. During the trek to this library, Numbuh 1 had to rendezvous with the English Kids Next Door to accomplish the task, as well as square off with the Rowdy Hooligans From Across the Square. Returning the book to this library was a task that had to be done before it closed at midnight. The library closed before the book can be returned and an overdue fine had to be paid. The book Numbuh 1 and Trevor had to return was actually a Rainbow Monkey book.
