(TNG: "Journey's End" ) On tasting Earl Grey tea in 2373, Elim Garak remarked, "I'd like to get my hands on that fellow Earl Grey and tell him a thing or two about tea leaves." (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow") In an alternate timeline, Earl Grey was not yet programmed into the Enterprise-D's replicator system when the ship set out on its mission to Farpoint Station in 2364.
