Arthur continua à entretenir des relations avec Linderman et il fut l'avocat de la défense du groupe Linderman. Arthur fut déclaré comme suicidé en Avril 2006 après une longue bataille avec une dépression alors qu'en réalité c'est sa femme Angela qui l'a empoisonné.
