  • The "Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture" is an orchestral piece written by Tchaikovsky based on William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet. A portion of the piece is played in Muppets Tonight episode 108 as Animal smashes his body into a large gong providing percussion for the music. A popular section of the piece is often used in many films, TV shows and other media where two characters fall in love. This is employed in Hey Cinderella! when Cinderella and Prince Arthur Charming meet for the first time. It's also used a few times in episode 3519 of Sesame Street, scoring scenes where Oscar (and later Grundgetta) starts to fall in love. The score is also sampled in a cartoon involving a growing acorn. (EKA: Episode 2477)
