  • Lharra was the twelve-year old Vicar of the Alsakan Union in the first days of the Alsakan Crisis of 13,000 BBY. She was young and naive which caused her to be easily influenced by her aides and advisers, who had convinced her of so-called "horrors" on Coruscant. Because of that, she allowed for the Invasion of Coruscant to take place, which resulted in the Alsakan Union taking Coruscant from the Galactic Republic. Shortly thereafter, she agreed to a meeting with Jedi Grand Master Banik Kelrada, where Kelrada was able to convince her that she was being misled about Coruscant. Because of that, she agreed to reconsider what they were doing to the capital world.

As Lharra was leaving the planet, she died suddenly from apparent asphyxiation. Her aides, before sacrificing themselves by ramming their vessel into the Jedi Temple on Ossus, told their people that Kelrada had assassinated her, but Kelrada had not done so and instead believed that she was assassinated by her own people to prevent her from putting a stop to their plans for Coruscant. Her death resulted in numerous Jedi casualties as one of her aides blew themselves and part of the enclave up, and when her other aides rammed their ship into the temple.
