  • The Shadow Temple (闇の神殿 Yami no Shinden?) is the seventh dungeon from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Interestingly, the Shadow Temple's Japanese name, "Yami no Shinden", is the same name used for the Palace of Darkness in the Japanese localization of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
  • The Shadow Temple is a location within the game Sinjid Shadow of the Warrior. It serves as the main location for the entire playable portion of the game.
  • Shadow Temple could mean: * Shadow Temple, the level * Shadow Temple, the temple
  • After completing the Water Temple and obtaining the Lens of Truth from the Bottom of the Well, Link will encounter Sheik in Kakariko Village. Sheik tells him about an evil spirit and will teach Link the Nocturne of Shadow allowing him to enter the Shadow Temple. The item to obtain in the dungeon is the Hover Boots. The mini-boss is a Dead Hand and the boss of the dungeon is Bongo Bongo. After he's defeated Impa, Princess Zelda's nursemaid is awakened as the Sage of Shadow.
  • The Shadow Temple is an enormous structure on the surface of Arcanix that was built by the Cult of Shadow to serve as their headquarters. The temple was initially constructed by the first members of the cult in a much more modest form, but as the Cult of Shadow grew, so too did the size of the Shadow Temple. In fact the temple has always been in a state of constant construction from the start, with additional wings being added as needed.
  • Shadow Temple is the 9th course in Super Mario: The Power Star Journey and is a dark temple inspired by The Legend of Zelda. Head up the hill in the second overworld and use the entrance marked by the brown stone. The level is a small castle. It seems to focus on steep ledges, which can be conquered with double/triple jumps, or the slope kick technique.

The temple was initially constructed by the first members of the cult in a much more modest form, but as the Cult of Shadow grew, so too did the size of the Shadow Temple. In fact the temple has always been in a state of constant construction from the start, with additional wings being added as needed. After the first Labor Lords were built, the massive droids helped to speed up the construction of the temple, but the progress never seems to be fast enough to accommodate all of the cult members. This is done on purpose so as to create an antagonistic atmosphere between the cult members, forcing them to be aggressive to survive. Moreover, the new wings are constantly being added without apparent thought as to how they'll affect the flow of the rest of the temple, but this is also done deliberately. As the temple has grown, the new additions have made the structure increasingly complex and labyrinthine inside. Learning to navigate inside the Shadow Temple has become something of a test for cult members and it's often said that those who get lost are rarely seen again. The Shadow Temple had the distinction of being the only structure visible on the surface of Arcanix, but this changed after the Schrai built their hive. The two structures currently rival each other for size.

It seems to focus on steep ledges, which can be conquered with double/triple jumps, or the slope kick technique. The level is divided into various sections. The first is the giant square spiral building. Mario must climb its steep slopes to reach anywhere in the level. On top, Mario can walk around its edges to reach the other portions of the stage. There is a tall Tower, which contains slopes which get small and smaller as you climb higher, a giant castle wall and a smaller section juting off of it containing a tower with very more steep slopes.
