Despite Grimlock's arrival, Shockwave's side of the conflict gets the upper-hand thanks to their technological superiority. Optimus orders Trailbreaker to use his force fields to cover the Autobots' retreat. With the Autobots gone and Megatron disabled, Starscream and the rest of the Decepticons surrender. Away from the conflict, Optimus and Prowl agree that Prowl will remain in the area with Hound, Cliffjumper, Trailbreaker, and Mirage as a reconnaissance team, while Optimus and the other Autobots will return to the Ark for repairs and further deliberations on how to handle the recent developments. The Decepticons are loaded into Shockwave's ship, which takes off to return to Cybertron, leaving behind Blitzwing to meet up with Security Team Dion, who will round up the Autobots. Rumble and Frenzy are dispatched to monitor Megatron's body in the loading bay while the rest of the Earth Decepticons are loaded into stasis to undergo re-education, despite Starscream's reservations. In fact, it is explicitly stated that ALL the world powers that took part in the RP contributed to the army, but soldiers from the African Empire, SchwarzKreuz or Heeresgruppe never explicitely appeared in the RP, and Islamic Union forces only once. The alliance's headquarters was located in Tokyo, Japan, the country being a condominium of the UCA and LD and thus the best "neutral ground" to harbour a multi-national alliance. Most of the army seems to be comprised of UCA and LD forces, while also using some unique weaponry, such as the Light Grand Cannons. The army attacked the CyberGoddess' palace after it had been shot down and crashed on the north pole, and was possibly wiped out in the ensuing conflict. The U.E. existed in Earth II and was replaced by the Warriors of the World United in later versions.
- New World Order, often shortened to N.W.O, are the secret police force within the Technocracy, dedicated on shaping and guiding information in progress with the Collective Will of the Masses. New World Order is responsible for much of processing of Reality Deviants and advancing the goals of the Time Table. New World Order specializes in Mind.
- The proclaimed new world seemed to be based on a utopian ideal, a world completely free of bigotry. However, the Templars also emphasized the establishment of a small ruling elite, who would control all aspects of civilization; from education, to military force and food distribution. The Templars' rule would be one of so-called "benign tyranny," as although they would eliminate racism and the petty machinations of the warlords and princes of the time, they would simply replace that disordered chaos with their own arbitrary orders. At its core, the Templars' goal of order was very similar to the Creed of their enemies, the Assassins. However, the latter sought peace through the education of the people, rather than through their control.
