Niestety super K.I.T.T., nigdy nie istniał naprawdę, a wszystkie jego sztuczki, były efektem pracy ludzi pracujących przy serialu. Przed rozpoczęciem zdjęć dostarczono 4 samochody, które grały K.I.T.T.-a.: 3. K.I.T.T.-a używano do nagrywania wyczynów kaskaderskich, takich jak Skakanie (na nie wielkie odległości), Ski Mode, Auto Cruise. Auto miało specjalnie wzmocniony silnik (300KM), ulepszone hamulce, deskę rozdzielczą, jak w 2. oraz zwykłą, okrągłą kierownicę.

Luckily, she was quickly befriended by the kind pirates Lovelylorie and Shagsalot, who began teaching her the basics and were very generous with ships and items to help get her started. When Lovelylorie changed names and spent a short time in Imperial Pillagers, Kitt followed suit and joined their ranks. At first she seemed to fit in quite well with the Imps, and spent many months pillaging and learning from the high quality pirates that made up the crew. In molte puntate si evince che l'auto ha perdita di memoria, mal di testa, mestruazioni, polluzioni notturne, flashback e addirittura ricorda il passato e perde a briscola. In June '06, though she thought she was retired, Kitt attended the Ohio Camping party hosted by Furshizzle and company. After much rum and spades playing, she was sucked back into the game. When she returned home she immidiatly joined up with SPAM, where she enjoyed many many games of spades with such excellent cards players as Altiam, Cheenie, Dianarama, and Angels. This led to Kitt's attendance at SPAM's real life meet up in Dianarama's apartment in New Jersey. These days Kitt is playing the role of retired pirate again, and is a member of the crew Slow Children at Play. On free days she can sometimes be spotted at the spades tables, but for the most part when she can find the time to log on she's hiding in her manor polishing her shrine to Apollo and chatting with friends.

Niestety super K.I.T.T., nigdy nie istniał naprawdę, a wszystkie jego sztuczki, były efektem pracy ludzi pracujących przy serialu. K.I.T.T. był to przerobiony Pontiac Trans Am z 1982 roku. Jak to się stało, że to właśnie ten samochód grał K.I.T.T.-a? Już mówie.. Universal Studio, wytwórnia filmowa, która zajmowała się serialem, potrzebowała samochodu, który stał by się K.I.T.T.-em. W tym samym czasie firma General Motors miała wydać na rynek właśnie tego Pontiac'a. Oczywiście potrzebowała dobrej reklamy. Postanowiono, że to właśnie ten samochód zagra K.I.T.T.-a. General Motors dostarczała samochody na plan zdjęciowy, a za to ona sama miała wspaniałą reklamę. Przed rozpoczęciem zdjęć dostarczono 4 samochody, które grały K.I.T.T.-a.: 1. samochód był to tak zwany PICTURE CAR. Był to samochód wizualnie taki sam jak K.I.T.T. w serialu. Miał on specjalną (typową dla K.I.T.T.-a w Nieustraszonym) deskę rozdzielczą, na której była cała masa przycisków. Michael właśnie nimi uruchamiał część opcji K.I.T.T.-a, ale tak naprawdę, po wciśnięciu przycisku nie było żadnego efektu. Nie pokazywała prędkości, bo nie była podłączona do silnika. Samochód miał wbudowaną specjalną kierownicę. 2. Pontiac był używany do nagrywania scen z bardzo bliskiej odległości. Najczęściej była to rozmowa K.I.T.T.-a i Michaela, która też była specjalnie spreparowana. Michael mówił do zwykłego samochodu, który oczywiście mu nie odpowiadał, a zamiast głosu K.I.T.T.-a, Knight słyszał asystenta reżysera w krótkofalówce. Na masce samochodu montowano specjalny układ kamer, a auto jechało na lawecie. Ten samochód nie miał już ładnej deski rozdzielczej, a jedynie jej atrapę nawet bez przycisków. Kierownica była taka sama jak ta z 1. samochodu. 3. K.I.T.T.-a używano do nagrywania wyczynów kaskaderskich, takich jak Skakanie (na nie wielkie odległości), Ski Mode, Auto Cruise. Auto miało specjalnie wzmocniony silnik (300KM), ulepszone hamulce, deskę rozdzielczą, jak w 2. oraz zwykłą, okrągłą kierownicę. 4. Samochód miał wbudowane katapulty, używano go tylko i wyłącznie do wyrzucanie Michaela, a właściwie kaskadera w powietrze. Samochody w każdym sezonie różniły się od siebie. Największe zmiany nastąpiły w 3. i 4. sezonie. W 3. znacznie została zmodyfikowana deska rozdzielcza dodano również diody na pedale, 4. dodano funkcje Super Pursuit Mode. Aby można było kręcić ujęcia z tą opcją stworzono specjalnie dodatkowy samochód, miał on atrapę deski rozdzielczej oraz okrągła kierownicę. W tym sezonie jeszcze jeden K.I.T.T. dołączył do "aktorów", była to specjalna wersja bez dachu. Miał on deskę rozdzielczą jak w 1. samochodzie (już po unowocześnieniu). W studiu, na małym modelu, były nagrywane ujęcia, gdy wysuwała się opcja Super Pursuit Mode. Powszechna opinia na temat jeżdżenia K.I.T.T.-a bez kierowcy, była taka, iż samochód miał zdalne sterowanie. Serial był bardzo drogą produkcją, więc producenci nie chcieli jeszcze bardzie przekraczać budżetu. Do auta wmontowano specjalny fotel, w którym leżał kaskader kierujący samochodem. Była to bardzo ciężka i męcząca praca. Jeśli chodzi o skakanie, czyli Turbo BOOST, to częściej były one kręcone na małych modelach, ale też nie rzadko skakały prawdziwe samochody. Po każdym ujęciu auto już się do niczego nie nadawało. Według umowy między Universalem i General Motors po zakończeniu zdjęć do Nieustraszonego wszystkie samochody miały zostać zniszczone.
