  • Akodo Masaya was a bushi of the Lion Clan who was taught by Akodo Yobi, the yojimbo of Akodo Ginawa. He was married to Akodo Reya, and had a daughter, Akodo Tsanuko, and a son Akodo Nichiro. In 1198 he was stripped of his name and thrown out of the Clan for false charges. The governor Akodo Toshikawa believed Masaya's love for sake was the cause that the rice harvest was lost this year, backed by testimony of Akodo Chichiro.
