However, due to several events, the Kurogane Laboratories were destroyed by the Reyvateils and the Antibodies, and were about to disappear in the mists of time, until a certain man appeared. This man was called Archia Charen, and in order for Kurogane's legacy to not be forgotten, he tasked himself to protect and rebuild the Tower of Origin while establishing a new organization, which at the time was called the Archia Society. At the time, Clustania was the dominant power in the region, so Archia and his associates finally went and requested Clustania the permission for establishing a new company, which at the time they dubbed the Archia Think Tank. Clustania rejected their proposal, which Archia had foreseen, but wished that he was able of solving this matter peacefully. This was because he and several researchers had made a system that allowed them to access the SH Server through Harvestasha XP, and used it to delete the Cosmospheres of several of the Clustanian Reyvateils, instantly killing them. Due to this, Clustania had to reconsider their decision, and allowed the establishment of the Archia Think Tank, appointing them as the administrators of the Tower of Origin and the SH Server in order to keep these problems from repeating. Archia decided to take advantage of the situation, and modified the conditions they gave to the Clustanians for the creation of the Think Tank: starting from that day, and irrevocably, the Archia Think Tank would have complete control over an administrative area of 1000 Stons (around 3 Km) of diameter around the Tower of Origin. Likewise, Clustania would be unable to interfere with anything that happened within this 1000 Ston special administrative area. Clustania accepted these conditions, and while they continued calling it the Parie Governorate, the actual government of this area was surrendered to the Archia Association. After their foundation in 3170 AD, the Think Tank devoted itself to the development and marketing of products for the people, and even made achievements such as the development of the Dive Machines, which made it grow into a large corporation.
