- One noticeable feature of King Con's episode is the special deck of cards that Rafe used during the opening credits. The same deck was later used by Titus and Xena, when they challenged each other on a card game that Xena won by playing 4 aces, against Titus' "Full Boat" (the game's equivalent of the hand known as Full House in games such as Poker). The deck seemed to have 4 different suits:

* Laurels (red) Even though, all the cards weren't shown during the episode, a few lucky fans managed to buy separated cards from the deck, later uploading pictures of them on their blogs or Xena-themed websites. According to what they said, the cards were hand-made, being a unique and very special item for any fan to have. Thanks to the different pictures taken by those lucky fans, and the screencaps taken directly from King Con's episode, a Colombian fan was able to recreate the entire set of cards, which is available on her blog as a Print and Play project. According to the blog's owner "(the recreation of the deck) is enough to give a general idea of what the complete King Con's game of cards looked like".
