  • Gillespie has officially joined the summoner party and the first order of business is to keep acting like the brat she's always been. Maybe the sinspawn lurking in the Macalania Woods will force the team to work better together.
  • When a player sneaks on a vine, they will remain in place and be unable to descend (ascending still works). This decreases the mining speed even farther than being on a vine does already.
  • Vines are interactive objects in the game Onekey.
  • Vines is an unnamed Plant Magic Spell.
  • Vines are plant blocks that were added in the Adventure Update and can be placed on walls and ceilings. Vines can commonly be found in swamp biomes and jungle biomes, hanging on leaves and the sides of trees and the ground. Vines are used primarily as a substitute for ladders, as they can be climbed. Since Beta 1.8.1, they take as long to break as leaves and drop nothing. However, they are collectable by using shears. Vines grow at a somewhat fast paced rate, which enables them to be farmed. Covering the side of a wall with just one vine will produce a full wall of vines in about three Minecraft days. They are usually found in jungles.
  • Vines, also known as Rapevines, Hungry Grass or simply Weed, are a type of enchanted prehensile plant with psyochactive properties. Pixies "plant" rapevines with invocational magic.
  • Vines are non-solid Blocks that were added in Update 0.9.0. They act similar to Ladders, except they do not need to be placed on the side of a block. Vines can spread around surface to surface if left alone (including Leaves in Update 0.12.1).
  • Vines are a common element found in Ghoulhaven Hall that both serve as an ingame interactive feature and as a design characteristic.
  • Vines also hang down from Wildwood-trees here and there in the jungle in long strands. You can climb up/down on vines much like on ladders, and you can also place vines freely as blocks on top of each other to make ladders. You cannot attach vines flatly onto blocks to ornate them or make them look like natural vines growing on wood though. When growing Cragwood-trees from Saplings in a fitting biome (mind that Grassland often does not support trees), sometimes specimen with vines will grow, especially if you had planted 2x2 Saplings together.

Vines can be used for a number of crafting-recipes (in your Crafting Menu, opened with "Q" as the default key) like for Wood Mining Cell, Charged Wood Mining Cell, the very useful Processor and/or Wood Chests. When crafting all of these, a large number of important other recipes will be unlocked. Vines can also be made into 4 Twines each in the Processor, which are needed to craft Armor and other useful items. By taking vines for the first time, the crafting-recipe for Thatched Walls will be unlocked in your crafting-menu ("Q" by default).
