This led to professional work drawing "Big Ben" in Warrior in 1984, and a run on Transformers for Marvel UK in 1985-1987. He worked on 2000AD from 1985 to 1990, drawing Judge Dredd and painting Rogue Trooper. In 1991 he moved into American comics, pencilling DC's Hellblazer until 1993.
