System: All the participants in a meeting must perform this rite just before the talks start. If all do so it becomes more difficult for them to frenzy as a reaction to on another's actions (one extra success on a Rage roll is required), for so long as all adhere to the oath. If broken by a single member, though, the pact is void. This Rite tends to be known by Uktena and Wendigo, and less well known among other tribes. Type: Rite of Accord / Philodoxes.
