Sie übernahm den Posten von ihrer Schwester Triel Baenre, nachdem diese Mutter Oberin des Hauses Baenre wurde. Es war eine Art Gesetz in Menzoberranzan, dass alle vielversprechenden weiblichen Drow adliger Häuser im Alter von 25 Jahren nach Arach-Tinilith geschickt wurden, um hier ihre Ausbildung zu beginnen.
