  • [Source] The Fa Family home is the home of Fa Mulan and her family. The main house is surrounded by a wall with a gate. On a hill located near the home is a shrine dedicated to the Fa Family Ancestors. The property appears to be a farm, as there is a stable where Khan stays as well as various animals like chickens. There are also fields of different grains that Mulan was supposed to be tending to in the second movie, instead of practing her martial arts. One particular area is a bench underneath a cherry blossom tree. Fa Zhou first encourages Mulan here after her failed meeting with the matchmaker. Fa Zhou uses a late blossom as a metaphor for his daughter. It later serves as the spot for their reconciliation at the end of the film. Near this area is a moon gate, which is a passage way used for one to walk in and see the beauty of the garden or area they are walking into, and a stream, which has a small bridge shown during the song "Reflection". The Great Stone Dragon statue also resides near the stream.
