Gaulus leads the medicine men and headshrinkers, as well as the medical corps and keeping the peace with the troll tribes. He is the second officer typically encountered with the Stockpile in Northern Stranglethorn. After entering the cave system, follow the path until it forks. There will be a left-hand path leading to a small alcove and the right-hand path that leads to further in the cave. A lower path parallels this one. Walk around or jump down to it and follow it into a large chamber; Gaulus will be waiting at the end near an empty doghouse.
