When Katarina Godliffe started a fight in his bar, he charged her a high rate for an exchange in services. Which she was shoveling manure for him, her Witchblade became active. To further complicate matters, Medieval Spawn appeared to battle Lord Cardinale's troops. When they talked of heading to Faerie to save the elves, Stalker saw an opportunity to tag along and steal their gold.
Upon completing their mission, Stalker grabbed a bag of gold. When they returned home, the gold turned to lead putting Stalker back in dept with a destroyed tavern from Katarina's earlier fight.
