  • Benjamin Riles-Scott was the Governor-General of New Englia and the former Secretary of Foreign Affairs. He is the second Governor-General after James Maynard to serve non-consecutive terms in office. His first stint as Governor-General was problematic at best with his inexperience showing on numerous issues. He was defeated twice by Nelson Zenawi during his bid for Governor-General.
