  • Trapdoor is the Trap gag. It succeeds the Quicksand but precedes the TNT.
  • Trapdoors are versions of Doors; however, they are 1x1 and allow entrance to a space below or above them. Trapdoors behave a bit like Slabs: they will attach themselves to the half of the block they are applied to. They can be activated by either a right-click or a Redstone signal.

  • A Trapdoor (also known as a Hatch) is a block used as a horizontal door that fills a one block space, though the width only takes up part of the block and allows the player to walk in the unoccupied area. It was introduced in Beta 1.6. When placed outside, rainfall, water, and snowfall do not pass through it, but light can shine through.
  • An individual can be sure the new, dated-colour door they had installed is a trap door when the servicemen are slightly too short or have bushy eyebrows. Initial warning signs include the door knocker turning into an image of a dead partner (as seen in Mark Twain's A Christmas Carol), the knob feeling colder than the rest of the room, and your cheques never arriving; they are being eaten by the mailslot. Some trapdoors can be broken with a strong heavy, metal hammer, but only in temples that have dragons that devour Gorons.
  • The Trapdoor is an evil trapdoor that leads into a realm populated by innumerable horrors that make even the dreaded Thing Upstairs seem somewhat pleasant and the premise of the show is Berk's continual struggle to appease his master while also dealing with whatever mischief the Trapdoor brings his way. In almost every episode of the series the Trapdoor unleashes some manner of beast upon Berk and his friends, some are harmless but most are vicious brutes or cruel tricksters - which Berk must either confront or flee from.
  • Trapdoors are made using carpentry. To install trapdoors, place them over a hole. A trapdoor can be open/closed by double-clicking it. You can assign keys to it, and have the ability to lock/unlock it by dragging the correct key from your inventory to the trapdoor.
  • When the lever is pulled, any players standing on the trapdoor will fall down into the oubliette below the throne room. When this happens, they hang in the air for a second and look down before falling, in the classic cartoony style. Performing most emotes will delay a players falling through the trapdoor until the emote has ended.
  • Trapdoor is a Special Boss belonging to the Independent faction. Villains can find him in the following missions: * Take down Trapdoor from Operative Grillo (Levels 45-50) * Take down Trapdoor from Operative Grillo (Levels 45-50)
  • A Trapdoor is an accessible Block that can be placed on a vertical surface. It can be placed on the bottom and top sides of a Block.

Made from recycled elevator shafts, the cogs "fall" for this one every time! Now available in three styles: creaky, squeaky, and rusty. So take the plunge, and invite those cogs to "drop in!" Going dowwwwnnnnnn!
