  • Twilight Assassins, or Twilight Guards, are enemies from the beta version of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They are depicted as larger, more powerful versions of Shadow Beasts, but they were not included as enemies in the final release of the game. They do, however, appear in some flashback scenes, most notably the scene where Zant attacks Hyrule Castle. They wear special masks made of a reflective metallic substance, which bears a caduceus-like symbol and two protrusions on the top, similar to those of the Fused Shadow, but closer together.
  • Twilight Assassins are both orc and human assassins associated with the Twilight's Hammer clan wishing to capture Arch Druid Fandral Staghelm from within the Hyjal Barrow Dens[[:File:|[, ]]] for their own devious purposes. They are being held back by the Barrow Deeps Watchers.
