  • A Town Center is a resource collecting point that is made by populating a Settlement with five citizens. It provides an increase in productivity for nearby workers, and boosts the morale of nearby units, towers and anti-aircraft guns. It can also be used to create citizens as well as Canine Scouts. If populated further it can become a Capitol.
  • The Town Center is a featured space released in early 2013, replacing the Landing Pad as the central hub of SmallWorlds. Here, players can access the five shops SmallWorlds has to offer (Garden Life, Modern Living, SmallWear, the Emporium, and Alchemy).
  • The Town Center of Columbia, also known as the Comstock Center, is the first district Booker DeWitt visits after his arrival to the floating city by use of the Pilgrim Rocket. From this point his mission starts: find Monument Tower and get the girl to wipe away his debt.
  • Town Center is the town center of Red Falls, Colorado . It has one of those roundabout intersections with a park inside it. Hanging on tree in the park is Mandy Winslow, who was hung to death for being a witch a "bringing" back the dead. However here executioners can also be found all over the park in the center square, having died of massive radiation burns, this is later proven to be from a Purity controlled Sheriff Bud Smith. It was destroyed with the rest of Red Falls by the U.S. Government to prevent the spread of zombies.
  • Jake accidentally deleted his Town Center during a game of AoE, happened to be the first eight player game ever. He built two Mills accidentally, one was not needed, so he deleted one of them, except his Town Center was already selected at the time, thus deleting it instead. "Guys, I just deleted my Town Center" - Jake
  • During the game the Town Center will be the center of your colony. It is where you train settlers and minutemen, ring the town bell (which tells settlers to garrison inside buildings), you, unless you choose another building, will recieve your shipments from your home city, and ransom your Explorer (which means to pay to get him back if he is killed). They also can support 10 population. If you choose to start in the nomad period you will have a covered wagon. A covered wagon transforms into a Town Center. Or your Explorer can build one in the Fortress Age for 600 wood.
  • The Town Center (or simply known as the Town) was the main gathering area in Club Penguin, where many penguins chatted, and advertised parties at their igloos. The Town was usually the first area that penguins entered after logging on, unless there were one hundred penguins already in the Town, in which case they would enter a different area.
  • The Town Center is a location within Leá Monde in Vagrant Story. This area is the only location which can be rightfully called a city, for the rest is all dungeon, fortress, or forest. The streets, once bustling with life, are all but abandoned. The only inhabitants left are the Müllenkamp cultists. The Town Center is a bright location, one of the few above ground. Its many empty houses and crumbling streets are divided up by a large river flowing in its middle.

  • Welcome to the Town Center! This is often the first place you visit. If Club Penguin is having a party... this room is usually well decorated for it.

The Town was usually the first area that penguins entered after logging on, unless there were one hundred penguins already in the Town, in which case they would enter a different area. The Town had no games, but it was an easy way to access rooms including the Coffee Shop, Night Club, Clothes Shop, Dock, and the Snow Forts. It was almost always decorated for parties and events. Along with the Plaza, the Town was the busiest room in Club Penguin.

The streets, once bustling with life, are all but abandoned. The only inhabitants left are the Müllenkamp cultists. The Town Center is a bright location, one of the few above ground. Its many empty houses and crumbling streets are divided up by a large river flowing in its middle. The Town Center is actually four areas, neither of which touch in any fashion. The Town Center West is in turn divided into two halves, one located between the Sanctum and the City Walls East and the other between the Undercity West and the Abandoned Mines B1. The Town Center South is located between the Keep, the Abandoned Mines B2, and the City Walls South. Finally, the Town Center East is located between the Undercity East and West, the Temple of Kiltia, the Grand Cathedral, and the City Walls North.

Or your Explorer can build one in the Fortress Age for 600 wood. Town Centers have an anti-ship attack. So it is quite handy to build one by a shore. But in Age IV: Industrial Age monitors become avaliable. Monitors are huge ships, second most powerful, and are used for bombarding buildings. When your Town Center is destroyed, your colony starts to fall apart. Then settlers don't know to garrison in buildings, you can't train new settlers.
